Mark Reed - Assistant Pastor

Mark Reed’s desire is for the people of Mitchell Road to continue to build strong relationships, caring for people with the love and compassion demonstrated through the Gospel. In his role as Assistant Pastor, he oversees and organizes our community-related ministries. Community groups, men’s Journey groups, Safe Places, and one-on-one counseling are some of the many functions of his pastoral care at Mitchell Road, in addition to teaching, which he loves.
Right away, Mark puts people at ease. His love for Jesus shines brightly, and his zest for life is contagious. Mark enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kristi, and their three children. His heart for adventure will often lead him whitewater kayaking, cycling, hiking, and paddling. He enjoys planning similar outings with some of the groups he leads.
