Jonathan Kittel - Pastoral Intern

Jonathan
Kittel, Pastoral Intern, began serving at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church in
Youth Ministry in 2007 before moving into the Pastoral Intern role. You will
typically find Jonathan supporting the pastoral staff with various needs,
leading the growing young adult community at Mitchell Road, and teaching Sunday
School.
As Mitchell
Road experiences growth, Jonathan’s role continues to evolve. A young adult
himself, Jonathan comes alongside the young adult community in an informal,
conversational-style. There is a vibrancy in this community, as young adults
further develop in their relationship with Christ and growing trust in Jesus
that make for very exciting times in his ministry.
Jonathan is married to Colette, and they have a new baby daughter.
Jonathan plays the piano and guitar, has never lived anywhere but Greenville
County, loves the mountains and enjoys outdoor activities such as fly-fishing.
One cannot help but be drawn to his warmth and compassion for the community.
