Joan Graves - Administrative and Membership Assistant
Joan Graves, Administrative and Membership Assistant, has a job that is far from boring. A vibrant and active staff member at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church since 1978, Joan’s role is vital to our community. Joan wears many hats - some of which involve organizing membership information, dealing with technical issues as they crop up, and the development of the weekly email announcement “This Week at Mitchell Road”.
You will find Joan smiling and upbeat on any given day. She thoroughly enjoys her work, and says her favorite part of the job is “being able to really get to know our pastors – you learn so many things from hanging around smart people”. Most staff members would agree that they have so much to learn from Joan’s wisdom and tenure at Mitchell Road. Joan attended Clemson University and is a big fan of the Clemson Tigers.

Service at MRPC: Joan has worked with the Senior Pastors, handled communication needs, created bulletins, and worked in various other administrative roles over the years.
