Wednesday Nights

From September until Thanksgiving and January until April, the Body of Christ at MPRC meets on Wednesday evenings for food, fellowship, teaching and ministry. The doors of the Fellowship Hall open at 5:45pm for dinner and most activities are concluded by 8:00pm.

Here are some details:

Fellowship Meal
The cost of the meal is $6 for adults, $5 for senior adults, $4 for children 12 and under with an $18 family maximum cost. Adults and children alike find this a relaxing time of enjoying a meal with friends and fellow believers.

Children’s Ministry
Children ranging from K4 - 5th grade meet at 6:30pm in the Children's Assembly Room for music and activities and then move to individual classrooms. Parents pick up their children from their classes at 8:00pm. Nursery is also provided up to age 3 from 6:30 until 8:00pm. 

Youth Ministry
Students in grades 6th - 8th meet at 6:30pm in the gym. Parents pick up their children at the Youth House at 8:00pm.

Music Ministry
Several rehearsals take place on Wednesday evening:

  • Cherubs-in-training (K4) – 6:45pm in F-207
  • Cherubs Choir (K5 and 1st grade) – 6:45pm in the Choir Room
  • Vox Angeli Singers (girls grade 7-12) – 6:00pm in the Choir Room
  • New Bells (youth handbell choir) – 4:30pm in the Sanctuary
  • King’s Ringers (adult handbell choir) – 6:30pm in the Sanctuary

 

Adult Ministry

  • Adult teaching elective – 6:45pm in the Fellowship Hall click here for details
